Video Server Applications

The Zaxel RGB Video Capture System reduces the datarate of componenent
and RBG video by at least 50%, drastically reducing storage requirements
and cost while maintaining flawless data quality. The video stream can
be captured directly from the camera, eliminating the need for an intermediate
storage or transfer device. Perfect data quality is maintained throughout
the system; there is no data loss. As well, two sources can be captured
to one PC simultaneously.
Zaxel Video Presentation System for Microsoft® PowerPoint®:
- This program allows RGB uncompressed video to be included in PowerPoint
presentations inside clipped windows.
Zaxel Format Converter for Adobe After Effects®:
- This plugin allows AfterEffects to read in Zaxel Lossless video
files (VID files) and write out VID files.
Zaxel RemoteController:
- The remote controller consists of 3 programs: Remote Jukebox Controller,
Remote Controller for Microsoft® PowerPoint®, Remote Backup.
- Remote Jukebox Controller can control Jukebox software running on top of
up to 10 Zaxtar ®video servers through TCP/IP protocols. All or part
of the controlled Zaxtar can run Jukebox simultaneously or one at a time from
one computer through TCP/IP protocols.
- Remote Controller for Microsoft PowerPoint can control PowerPoint
software with Zaxel Video Presentation System running on up to 10
Zaxtar ® video servers through TCP/IP protocols. All
or part of the controlled Zaxtar can run PowerPoint simultaneously
or one at a time from one computer through TCP/IP protocols.
- Remote Backup can control up to 10 Zaxtar® video servers through
TCP/IP protocols. Remote Backup can back up or restore files on Zaxtar
connected to the controlling PC to some other server on the network.
